Abstract

Purpose of this bachelor work is a project and implementation of a simple information system. This system is dedicated to Parish Office of The Czechoslovak Hussite Church. The work begins in history and it describes (portraits) present administrative rules. It continues with analysis of requirement information system. It dealts with alternatives of solution. There is also choice of suitable technology for the program and realization of the database. The pros and cons of technologies are included too. Implementation is made by technology MySQL and PHP. Final application is defined and forms are showed. User interface is simple in operating and it tries to minimalise demands on divines
