Abstract

The thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of the business establishment using the Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part describes basis of performance measurement, Balanced Scorecard and the procedure for its implementation. The practical part is based on theoretical assumptions and includes a proposal for implementation of the method in a particular business event. The aim was to evaluate the performance of the results to prepare proposals for solutions and recommendations that commercial plant could increase its performance.
