Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on modern methods and problems of the control of the synchronous motor with permanent magnets. In the beginning of the thesis there is the theoretic analysis of modern methods such as the vector control of motors and its modifications with the sensorless control or such as the direct torque control. Based on the theoretic analysis the simulation section includes the vector controlling algorithm of synchronous motor with permanent magnets. This was implemented into the control system with the processor TMS320F28335. Functionality and correctness of the project was verified by measurement. The conclusion summarizes the results of the thesis.
