Rodinný dům v pasivním standardu

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace pro realizování stavby rodinného domu v pasivním standardu. Důležitou částí práce je optimální návrh konstrukcí a řešení tepelných mostů.

Další částí této práce je kompletní návrh vodovodu, kanalizace, vytápění a nuceného větrání. V objektu bylo navrženo teplovzdušné vytápění s rekuperací tepla. Zdrojem tepla je tepelné čerpadlo typu vzduch - voda. Veškerá zařízení a spotřebiče budou využívat elektrickou energii z fotovoltaických panelů.

V poslední části této práce byl navržený rodinný dům v pasivním standardu ekonomicky posouzen.

The subject of this thesis is contract documentation concerning realization of house project in passive standards. Important part of this thesis is construction design and thermal bridges prevention.

Subsequent part of this thesis is a complete design of water piping, sewerage plumbing, heating system and controlled ventilation. There is a design of air heating systems with heat recuperation. Air to water heat pump is the main source of heat. All electrical equipment and appliances are powered by photovoltaics.

Last section of this thesis contains economical evaluation of this house project.
