Půdní semenná banka vybraných stanovišť NPR Hůrka u Hranic

Abstract

A dissertation deal with research of soil seed bank in the territory of National nature reserve named Hůrka, which is located in Olomouc region near a town Hranice na Moravě. A windfallen trees areas were formed here due to windstorm in year 2008. The mentioned windfall trees were kept here, because of Hůrka is protected area,. For the purposes of this study were choosen six locations – three windfallen trees areas and three unspoiled forest areas. In spring of year 2015 were took out samples from each areas. The research of soil seed bank was done by cultivation and also by the separation method. Achieved data were processed in a program TURBOVEG and Excel Microsoft Office. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of windfallen trees, kept in nature reserve in the vegetation and to compare the composition and reserve of seeds in the soil bank in windfallen trees areas and undisturbed areas.
