Abstract
ANNOTATION
The bachelor zhesis analyzed personal activies in the Varroc Lighting Systems, s.r.o. The thesis presents basic theoretical bases of personal activities, the newest trends and current methods of personnel activities. There are also described ways of recruitment, forms of employment. It also includes the analysis of the questionnaire survey among employees; in the conclusion, the SWOT analysis of personnel activities is carried out and proposals are submitted that should benefit the analyzed company.
