Identifikace krizové zranitelnosti stavební společnosti

Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is Identification of the Crisis Vulnerability of the chosen Construction Company and propose the most appropriate measures. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical knowledge which are necessary to achieve the objectives of the diploma thesis. In the practical part these findings are applied to the company HORSTAV Olomouc, Ltd. Threat Analysis for the comapny is based on the information of the internal and external analysis. The final evaluation of critical vulnerabilities of the company is crisis matrix. The thesis is concluded with suggestions and recommendations for the elimination or minimisation of potential risks.
