Abstract

This thesis deals with traffic collisions with migratory routes amphibians (Amphibia) on the way to procreation area. The work was based on data Regional Authority of the Moravia and Silesian Region on current transfers reported on critical points of the final report and monitoring of critical sections of collisions in the county. She was selected the model that match the criteria, and the distance from the road to 500 meters and suitable habitat conditions for amphibians at all life stages. The model areas is to confirm the presence of amphibians, i.e.. try to find their wintering and procreation areas, and also prove to cross the road or rail. This target must also be converted to mapping program Arcview v. 10, for better clarity. Result of the work should be to create a methodology that would help with mapping these critical sections and helped to prevent the formation of others in the construction of new roads.
