The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse employees benefits in a company and create the optimal system, which would best suit the company and motivate employees. I also wanted to find out which company benefits employees prefer most and which are missed. The theoretical part deals with the people’s working reasons, company‘s employee care reasons and defines the benefits, “cafeteria system“ and shows different kinds of benefits. The third part is focused on the company MEZSERVIS spol. s. r. o. In the fourth part I described the company’s benefit system and there is a survey I have made via the questionare. In the conclusion I give possible improvement for the company.
