Financování rekonstrukce budovy fotbalového klubu

Abstract

This thesis deals with a financing of reconstruction of football club AFC Veřovice building, reconstruction of the changing rooms specifically. The work deals with the club AFC Veřovice itself, but also with Veřovice municipality that is owner of the reconstructed building. In three chapters there are analyzed theoretical possibilities at first, which are afterwards applied in a practical part. The practical part consists of two parts, in the first part is described a football club AFC Veřovice, Veřovice municipality, conducted a SWOT analysis and analysis of club management community. In the second part is a brief outline of the building renovation project, its budget and project funding options. This chapter is a proposal of possible financing options along with recommendations of the best options.
