Vliv tepelného dělení konstrukční oceli na její povrchovou úpravu

Abstract

This thesis is specialized on the study of the influence of thermal cutting of structural steel. Thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with the study of existing knowledge on this problems and second experimental part, are studied on steel substrate prepared by different processes, and their purity and surface roughness, before application various coatings. These surfaces will be applied to three types of coatings, which are in practice used for long-term protection of steel structures. All samples are tested for adhesion and then will be exposed in the corrosion chamber for 1440 hours. Based on these tests will assess the quality of surface preparation with account of the requirements of individual coatings.
