Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the productivity of people with disabilities in the selected company, the production association IRISA, which is characteristic for its traditional employment of persons with disabilities. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze and compare the productivity of people with disabilities and people without disabilities and to assess the ability of the reporting company to cover its operating costs (without received subsidies for support the employment of persons with disabilities) and thus define their own viability, independent of the grants and contributions.
