Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the design of documentation management process of product releases. The aim of the thesis is to propose a documentation management method that will allow streamlining and simplifying the tasks related to the documentation processes required for product releases. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical reading deals with the theoretical background related to quality management, process approach, documentation and product release. The practical part analyses the existing documentation management methods in the company and provides a proposal for a procedure to enable more effective document management.
