Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of a web application addressing the issue of invoicing. The introductory part explains what is considered invoicing, where we can meet it and something about its history. The method of application development, their division and comparison of individual types is mentioned. The conclusion of the theoretical part contains a competition research in which some available are compared existing solutions for accounting systems and invoicing applications. The main part includes the process of web application development using software engineering and the implementation itself under the Microsoft ASP.NET Core platform. The resulting application allows creating and editing documents such as issued invoices, advance invoices or correction documents. Created documents can be exported to PDF format or sent directly via electronic mail. The application has a lot of enhancements to facilitate the operation of the system including communication with the ARES database or document item management.
