Úloha fytohormonů při fytoremediacích pomocí rákosu .

Abstract

The dissertation is a continuation of the thesis and deals with the issue of phytoremediation of saline waters salt, salts of specific salty mixed wastewater (the mixture is dominated by mine water) from selected locations in the Ostrava-Karvina area using common reed (Phragmites australis). The introductory chapters discuss the issue of salinity in water and soil, describe the mechanism of phytoremediation and its individual types, and further describe the mechanism and effects of selected phytohormones. The work includes two large-scale laboratory experiments with mine water from the Lazy mine and the other with laboratory-prepared Dark salt, where indicators of phytohormones (cytokinins, auxins), chemical analyzes and selected indicators of mine water (Na+, K+ Ca2+, Mg2+ SO42-, Cl -, RAS, pH, conductivity), sediments and biomass (Na+, K+ Ca2+, Mg2+).
