Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of MP Krásno, a.s. (Inc.) as of January 1, 2016 by means of selected methods, discounted cash flow method DCF – Entity and method EVA – Entity. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first of which consists of introduction. Second charter focuses on the theory, which is necessary for the application section. The next chapter briefly describes the valued company and implements strategic, financial and SWOT analysis. The fourth chapter is devoted to the valuation of the company by mean sof selected method. First is made asset allocation to operationally necessary and unnecessary, then it is the financial plan, then are calculated cost of capita and ultimatem determined the final value of the company. The evaluation of the results, including the sensitivity analysis, is presented in chapter five.
