Aplikace metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování při výběru dodavatele

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to find a suitable supplier of bicycle lights for the company Paul Lange Ostrava using one of the multi-criteria evaluation methods, the AHP. The AHP method is based on creating a ranking criteria, which are sorted according to their importance. Subsequently, these criteria are applied to specific supplier. Using this method will achieve results that will determine the best supplier of bicycle lighting for Paul Lange Ostrava. The result of the thesis should be not only the selection of a particular supplier, but also a list of the most important criteria for supplier evaluation. This list of criteria the company can use when will be selecting suppliers in the next period.
