Měření a kontrola kvality ozubených kol

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce na téma Měření a kontrola kvality ozubených kol je identifikace a zachycení případných neshod v začátku opracování jednotlivých operací.

Cílem práce je analýza systému mezioperační kontroly ozubených kol společně s analýzou řízení neshodného produktu a návrh opatření na zlepšení. První část této bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretická východiska řešené problematiky, jako jsou definice základních pojmů managementu kvality, přehled jednotlivých způsobů kontroly nebo popis požadavků na řízení neshodného produktu. Druhá, praktická část je věnována základní charakteristice podniku, analýze mezioperační kontroly ozubených kol a následnému systému řízení neshodného produktu. V závěru práce jsou navržena možná zlepšení.

The content of this bachelor thesis on Measurement and Quality Control of Gearing is the determination and detection of the potential discrepancies at the beginning of the working of the individual production operations. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the inter-operational checking system of the gear together with the product discrepancy analysis and the proposal of the measures for improving The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical bases of the concerned issue, such as the basic Quality Management terms, the summarizing of the individual controlling methods or description of the requirements of the product discrepancy control. The second, practical part is focused on the basic company description, the analysis of the inter-operational checking of the gear and consequent system of the product discrepancy control. Possible improvements are proposed at the end of this thesis.
