Abstract

The thesis is focused on CRM systems , one of the goals is obtain the data for implement this system in practice. Next objective of research is effort to uncover the most frequent causes of worsening relations between the supplier and the customer and the importance of different factors and methods of communication in business relations. The research was made by electronic interrogation through electronic mail. The results of research suggest implementation of CRM in company.
