Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The aim of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a secondary school in Rychvald. The documentation is processed at the construction stage according to the Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation and contains a technical report, drawing documentation, thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (730540) and static calculation of reinforced concrete staircase arm by ČSN EN 1991-1-1 (730035) and ČSN EN 1992-1-1 (731201). It is a three-story non-basement building with a flat vegetated roof. The building contains classrooms, staff facilities, sanitary and common areas.
