Abstract

This thesis deals with the current state of the marketing communications of the company Středisko vzdělávání s.r.o. and provides suggestions for improvement in this area. The thesis contains a characteristic of the company and a summary of the basic knowledge of marketing communication, communication mix and new trends in this field. It also includes a questionnaire survey as a form of marketing research, with participation of current and former customers. Obtained opinions were used as the basis for drawing up final proposals and solutions.
