Abstract

This presented diploma thesis deals with the new material for output superheaters of thermal power plant. The findings relating to the material issues of the new USC thermal power blocks are summarized at the beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis. Another part of the thesis deals with new austenitic materials for USC blocks, with their development and material characteristics. Finally, the theoretical part summarizes the creep tests, creep characteristics and methods of their evaluation. In the practical part of the thesis, the calculations are made for breaking strength in the creep from the results of creep tests of refractory austenitic steel HR3C. The metallographic evalutation of macrostructure and microstructure of the welded joints of HR3C and S304H steel in the default state, even after prolonged exposure, supplemented by evaluation of microhardness, was also done.
