Aplikace metody FMEA na proces rozpouštěcího žíhání.

Abstract

Many tools of quality management can be applied during analysis of possible flaws in products. The most important of those is FMEA. This method is aimed to recognizing possible flaws in time and advising appropriate counter measures. This bachelor thesis will describe various tools of quality management with the main focus on FMEA method. In the theoretical section discussed the detail of quality management tools: different types of FMEA, diagram of the causes and consequences and teamwork. In the practical part is described FMEA application on Solution Annealing Process in Galvamet spol. s.r.o. company based in Vsetín.
