Snížení sekundární kontaminace příslušníků HZS

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou zdraví hasičů před sekundární kontaminací. V teoretickém základu se věnuje právnímu rámci a různým přístupům k této problematice ve světě i u nás. Zaměřuje se na identifikaci rizik a návrh opatření k jejich minimalizaci. Výstupem práce je soubor pravidel aplikovatelných při projektování nových hasičských stanic, které významným způsobem omezí riziko sekundární kontaminace hasičů. Navrhovaná opatření berou ohled na specifika centrálních a pobočných hasičských stanic a zkušenosti z výkonu služby.

The thesis focuses on the protection of firefighters’ health against secondary contamination. The theoretical foundation addresses the legal framework and various approaches to this issue both globally and in the Czech Republic. It emphasizes the identification of risks and the proposal of measures to minimize them. The outcome of the thesis is a set of guidelines applicable to the design of new fire stations, which significantly reduce the risk of secondary contamination for firefighters. The proposed measures take into account the specifics of central and branch fire stations as well as practical experience from operational service.
