Ocenění praxe všeobecného praktického lékaře

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo ocenit podnik – lékařskou praktického lékaře. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování. Jsou zde popsány metody pro ocenění podniku. V praktické části je provedena analýza podniku. Nejprve je provedena analýza prostředí praxe praktického lékaře, poté je provedena strategická analýza. Poslední část analýzy je zaměřena na finanční analýzu a finanční plán podniku. Ocenění praxe praktického lékaře je provedeno především výnosovými metodami. Nejdůležitější je metoda DCF. Hodnoty jsou stanoveny k 31.12.2017. V závěru je provedeno srovnání stanovených hodnot podniku různými metodami a porovnáno s reálnou prodejní cenou.

The main goal of the thesis was to evaluate the company - a general practitioner. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of valuation. There are described methods for company valuation. In the practical part there is an analysis of the company. First, an analysis of the practice of general practitioner is performed, then a strategic analysis is performed. The last part of the analysis is focused on financial analysis and financial plan of the company. The practice of a general practitioner is valued primarily by yield methods. The most important is the DCF method. Values are set for December 31, 2017. In the conclusion, the comparison of the company values with different methods is carried out and compared with the real selling price.
