Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is dealing with analysis of the payroll system in a particular company. The work is divided into three parts. In theoretical part I deal with basic concepts of wages and the basic elements of the payroll system. In practical part I deal with information about company and analysis of payroll system in the company. The evaluation part focuses on the assessment of payroll system evaluated by comparing the theoretical to the practical part. On the base of discovered deficiencies are identified suggestions and recommendations on possible adjustments to the payroll system.
