Abstract
Presented bachelors paper deals with traffic safety analysis of Ostravská – Karvinská – Těšínská crossroad in Ťěrlicko. First part of the paper is dedicated to current state review, traffic examination with accidents analysis and conflict situations video analysis. Next sections are focused on fluency and safety increasing arrangements as well as on crossroad passability improvements. Capacity calculations and PTV VISSIM simulations for each created design are provided. Designs evaluations along with recommendations for the most suitable solution of traffic fluency enhancing are discussed in the ending chapters.
