Abstract

This diploma thesis has the goal of working out the design documents for the construction of the new-build lodging house in Odry in accordance with addendum no.13, regulation 499/2006 comp. about the documentation of constructions. Based on a study, a new design was conceptualized where the apartment’s external wall was afterwards evaluated based on its heat-insulation, a certificate of energy performance of the building and energy label of the building envelope. During the conclusion of the work, the proposed monolithic staircase was statistically assessed. The whole design is processed in accordance with the legal regulations in effect, including the implementing regulations and technical standards.
