Implementace systému řízení dokumentovaných informací ve zkušební laboratoři strojírenského podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma implementace systému řízení dokumentovaných informací ve zkušební laboratoři strojírenského podniku. V prvních třech kapitolách diplomové práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska řešeného problému. Je zde vysvětlena problematika posuzování shody, dále podstata řízení dokumentovaných informací v systémech managementu kvality a v třetí kapitole jsou vymezeny požadavky na řízení dokumentovaných informací ve zkušební laboratoři. Ve čtvrté kapitole je proveden rozbor současného stavu v řízení dokumentovaných informací ve zkušební laboratoři vybraného strojírenského podniku. Z rozboru vyplynulo, že laboratoř nemá zdokumentovány základní procesy. Proto jsou v závěrečné části navrženy vhodné směrnice pro popsání těchto procesů.

Diploma thesis is compiled on the topic implementation of control of documented information management system at testing laboratory of machinery company. In the first three chapters of the thesis theoretical background is described. Conformity assessment issue is explained, next there is the basis of control of documented information in quality management system explained and in the third chapter control of documented information requirements are defined. In the fourth chapter the current state of control of documented information at testing laboratory of machinery company is analyzed. The analysis results in fact, that essential processes in the laboratory are not documented. Therefore in the last part there are suitable standards for these processes designed.
