Abstract
The work is focused on the types and forms of quality control in the company. It discusses the functionality of individual methods that are used very commonly for input control today. There are described individual tools of analysis and subsequently they are also used for analyzing the results of input control in the organization. The analysis is mainly focused on the receipt of parts during the input inspection. The incoming inspection of parts is divided into two categories, in acordance with the batch information they have. The first of the categories is the analysis of parts in terms of the overall material received for a specific year from a specific supplier and thus determined the largest supplier for this period. The second category is analysis of batches, indicating the status of the input control („OK“ - accepted, „NOK“ - rejected). Based on its status is determined the subject of the analysis by the suppliers with the highest frequency divided into the suppliers with the highest frequency of received batches by entry control, or the highest frequency of rejected batches by entry control. The result is the sorting of the so-called most credible suppliers and vice versa the riskiest ones. The results are made for each past period separately. Finally, a new, clearer document and a method of recording the results of entry controls are proposed. Tne new document is used to better orientation, work, and possibly better react for catching a non-conforming delivery during the incoming inspection, based on the history of the supplier.
