Dům pro seniory v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování prováděcí dokumentace pro objekt sociální péče v nízkoenergetickém standardu. Budovy v nízkoenergetickém standardu se vyznačují zejména nízkou potřeba tepla na vytápění, které je dosaženo optimalizovaným stavebním řešením obálky budovy. První část diplomové práce obsahuje stavebně technické řešení novostavby. V druhé část je řešena stavební tepelná technika a jsou zde stanoveny ukazatele energetické náročnosti budovy. Dále je v objektu řešeno vytápění s využitím alternativních zdrojů energie s ekonomickým zhodnocením dvou variant řešení. Poslední část se týká stavební akustiky a to posouzení hluku z dopravy na novostavbu s návrhem řešení pro jeho minimalizaci.

The subject of the thesis is to develop detailed documentation for construction of a social-care building in a low-energy standard. Buildings in a low-energy standard are characterized by low heating requirement, which is achieved by optimized architectural design of the building envelope. The first part of the thesis contains of a technical design of a new building. The second part deals with solving issues of building thermal technology and includes building energy performance indicators. Furthermore, the building heating using alternative energy sources with the economic evaluation of two possible solutions is also included. The last part relates to building acoustics, namely the assessment of traffic noise with a suggestion of a solution for its minimization.
