Využití odkazu Tomáše Bati v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the significant historical sights, which were built in the first half of 20th century by Tomas Bata. The first part introduction personality of Tomas Bata and the development of Bata Shoe Organisation from its beginning to the present. The most important sights are presented in the next part. There are architectural monuments, technical monuments or culture and social buildings. Thesis points out their historical development and present usage for tourism. Many of these monuments were built or finished by Jan Antonin Bata. He was successor of the shoe company and continued in thoughts, which Tomas Bata created during his life. The questionnaire survey which maps the attitude of visitors to selected sights is in the practical part of this thesis. In conclusion part is summarized the possible suggestions and recommendation for better promotion and usage of Bata sights which could lead to the development of tourism in Zlin region, where monuments are located.
