Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of natural fire ventilation into production area with CNC machines working with emulsifying oils at high temperatures. The first chapters are devoted to the description of the production plant of aluminum wheels, introduction of individual production and technological processes focusing on production areas of the workpiece within the building, construction and fire security solution of the object under consideration. The following section presents the main characteristics of the fire exhaust from the point of view of the division into individual categories, the possibilities of control and design by means of technical regulations. In the next chapters are present the calculation methods for the design of the automatic venting system. Through the mathematical model, the resulting values are computer-simulated, compared and evaluated.
