Abstract
A subject of the bachelor work is to describe trends and methods used for a support of innovation management. On the basis of the trends modern innovative approaches like open innovation, disruptive innovation and systematic innovation are described . From the methods for a support of innovation there are mentioned methods of innovative initiative collecting and methods TOC, TRIZ, Six Sigma and the method of innovative project gates. A main contribution of the bachelor work is to identify errors commited by innovation managers of Czech companies.
