Analýza managementu a marketingu vybrané prodejny

Abstract

The aim of the Diploma thesis is the analysis of management and marketing of a selected store. The thesis is devided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part defines the basic concepts of management, marketing, business and healthy lifestyle. These terms are then used then in the second part, where the situation of company is described with the help of SWOT, Porter and financial analysis. The thesis also uses the results of a questionnaire survey and an interview with the owner of the store. All the information could be beneficial to store owner to improve management, marketing and also financial side of the store.
