The work deals with finding energy savings in the area of ​​internal sewerage and water supply. The subject matter is the design of the internal water supply and sewerage system, including their connections, with the local system for the recovery of heat from the wastewater in the new building of the family house. The use of waste heat is designed using a heat recovery exchanger. Part of this is the determination of heat energy gain from waste water. The result is the preparation of project documentation for the construction, economic evaluation of the system of local waste heat recovery, calculation of return and energy savings
