Ergonomické požadavky při procesu návrhu stroje a pracovního místa

Abstract

The presented thesis deals with the issue of ergonomics. In the introductory part the theoretical part of ergonomics and its influence on human health is dealt with. Then it deals with occupational diseases and musculoskeletal disorders. In the practical part of the thesis, ergonomic load measurements of three production lines were carried out using the RULA method, which focuses primarily on the assessment of the upper half of the body. From the results obtained, it was found that the evaluated production lines do not meet the ergonomic standards. To avoid this problem when designing new production lines, a checklist was developed. The checklist corresponds to the Czech legislation and the standards of the company.
