Analýza pojištění odpovědnosti vybraného podnikatele

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of insurance plan of the selected entrepreneur pointing out the liability insurance. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current insurance plan based on the analysis and to offer recommendations for its improvement. In theoretical part, there are particular liability insurances determined, concretely general liability of entrepreneur, professional liability, statutory bodies’ liability and vehicle insurance focusing on damages, damages insurance, road transporter liability and sender liability. Those insurances are characterized as for their legal determination, risks, range and significance for the entrepreneur. Practical part involves the basic characteristics of concrete entrepreneur. Individual insurances the entrepreneur has concluded are described and analyzed. Based on analysis, total assessment of entrepreneur´s insurance plan is provided and recommendations for possible changes are offered.
