Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of project management in the production company XXX. Introduces and examines the main standards of project management. It analyzes two project management directives (demand and project directives) at company XXX and suggests improvements. The improvement proposal was made based on issued and evaluated questionnaire and based on the analysis of the existing directives. Using PMBOK standards, a new form of project management was proposed in this bachelor's thesis together with a proposal to unify both forms of directives. After a proper study of the PMBOK standard, this was evaluated as the most suitable tool for quality project management. A concrete proposal of a new design of management directive is also included. The result of the work is apply a new tool for project management accordingly to the PMBOK standard and partial proposals to improve current directives.
