Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to determinate the current customer satisfaction with the services as a whole, but also focusing on individual factors. The survey was focused on finding specific information that would help to change the offer and course of services to best meet customer needs. The result of this thesis was finding that the majority of visitors evaluate the services provided by CDU sport as good. There were only minor objections to improve services. Respondents rated the worst prices of services and modern facilities, but their rating was above average. On the other hand their greatest satisfaction was with the willingness of staff and operating hours.
