Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the feasibility of possible innovations in documentation management system in projections engineering company and base on the analysis results to recommend relevant changes. Selected analysis method is based on directed interviews with key users and discovered several failures that need to be removed. Another study analyzed changes with high priority. There have been discovered more possible changes, but the financial costs for such solutions won’t be efficient. This can be challenge for potencial followers of this survey. The output of this thesis designs solution applicable for immediate practical use and respects priorities specified by key users. Final innovation requirements list has been approved by top management and became part of official demand sent to supplier company.
