Nikola Vavřinová, Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis is a project for the construction of an administrative building with a rooftop café in a given scope. It is a building with three floors above ground without a basement, while the third floor is partially set back and there are also two terraces on it. The roofing of the building is designed as a flat vegetation roof. The diploma thesis includes a technical report and a drawing part. This diploma thesis also includes a thermal-technical assessment of the exhaust structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [18], an energy label of the building envelope and a static calculation of a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slab.
