Abstract

This thesis deals with the company valuation. The aim of this diploma thesis is the valuation of a selected company using the yield methods DCF and EVA. First, the theoretical basis of this issue is defined. Subsequently, these theoretical starting points are applied to the selected company. In the practical part, a strategic and financial analysis is prepared and on the basis of it a financial plan is developed. Based on the compiled financial plan, the company is valued by selected yield methods. The conclusion of this work is devoted to the evaluation of results, sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis.
