Abstract

The thesis is focused on the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic with a group of long-term unemployed. The content of this work is the definition of the unemployed and long-term unemployed, their behavior, decision making, types of unemployment and long-term consequences of unemployment. In my bachelor work I wanted to point out to the evolving situation of long-term unemployed in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of contributing to the relative influence of these people.
