Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis explores the appraisal of the level of team cooperation in a selected sports club. The theoretical part defines terms such as team, team cooperation, team goals or team leader. The practical part provides information on a particular sport team, in which a questionnaire survey and a SWOT analysis has been conducted. Based on the analysis of the results of these two methods, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are suggested, which could be beneficial for the selected sports team.
