Abstract

Konverze statku s barokní sýpkou ve Velké Bystřici.

Cílem diplomové práce je navržení a zpracování území stávajícího statku s barokní sýpkou, kapitulním domem, přilehlými hospodářskými staveními a okolními plochami, oborou, sady a pastvinami, které spadají do vlastnictví Metropolitní kapituly u svatého Václava v Olomouci. Řešené území se nachází v obci Velká Bystřice. Práce se zabývá urbanistickým řešením celého areálu a jeho navázáním na okolí. Celý areál je dělený na několik samostatných částí podle funkcí a provozů, které se v nich odehrávají. V rámci práce je řešena konverze stávající sýpky na správní sídlo kapituly a muzeum místních tradic. V rámci návrhu je dále řešena výstavba vinařství se zázemím, rekonstrukce a dostavba objektů pro nájemní bydlení, dům správce areálu a chov farmářských zvířat.

Conversion of a farm with a baroque granary in Velká Bystřice.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design and process the area of the existing farm with a baroque granary, chapter house, adjacent farm buildings and surrounding areas, fields, orchards and pastures, which fall into the ownership of the Metropolitan Chapter at St. Wenceslas in Olomouc. The solved area is located in the village of Velká Bystřice. The work deals with the urban design of the whole area and its connection to the surroundings. The whole area is divided into several separate parts according to the functions and operations that take place in them. The work deals with the conversion of the existing granary into the administrative seat of the chapter and the museum of local traditions. The design also addresses the construction of a winery with facilities, reconstruction and completion of buildings for rental housing, the house administrator of the area and the breeding of farm animals.
