Abstract

This bachelor thesis generally discusses business commitment relations and describes types of commitment reinsurance. Then in the concrete discusses three chosen reinsurance facilities, which is lien, penal clause and liability. The goal of this work is to provide an overview of these chosen reinsurance facilities and analyse their utilization in business commitment relations. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part is declaratory of commitment, business commitment relations and the way of commitment reinsurance. The second part is devoted to the three most often exploited reinsurance facilities - lien, penal clause and liability. This part analyse their basis, creation and extiction. Finally the third part desribes which methods and in which business situations can be the individual reinsurance facilities use and why is suitable and important these facilities to use at all.
