Zvyšování organizační adaptability vybrané průmyslové organizace

Abstract

Diploma thesis has been addressed in the industrial organization MSA, OJSC Dolni Benesov. The thesis deals with the organizational adaptability improving of selected industrial organization in the contemporary conditions of demanding competitive environment. The theoretical part presents basic theoretical concepts of organizational adaptability. There is defined the organization, its attitude and context with the area of organizational adaptability. Then I mention the issue of a SWOT analysis, which deals with the analysis of contemporary external and internal environment of an organization which has an informative character for future organization management to be able to react to constantly changing market needs. In the practical part the detailed description of analyzed organizations is given. Further the objectives of the thesis and research methodology used are described. Quantitative-qualitative research was used to assess the adaptation potential of the analyzed organization through the study of organization internal documents, semi-structured interviews with organization staff, the audit method questionnaire to assess the level of organization adaptability and SWOT analysis was performed. The thesis in the end leads in suggestions, and recommendations for increasing organizational adaptability for future management purposes.
