Informační systém pro evidenci servisu montážní firmy kabelové televize

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je obsaženo shrnutí současného stavu evidence montážní firmy RT-tech. Řešení obsahuje vyhodnocení požadavků k realizaci informačního systému, který obsahuje specifikaci funkčních a nefunkčních požadavků. Grafické zobrazení současného stavu je realizováno pomocí diagramu aktivit. Práce řeší datovou analýzu obsahující konceptuální datový model a datový slovník. K identifikaci všech procesů jednotlivých uživatelů je použit Use case diagram. Procesy jsou důkladně popsány v seznamu procesů, kde se vyskytuje minispecifikace. U složitějších procesů se objevuje jejich detailnější popis pomocí DFD a sekvenčních diagramů. Po následné implementaci, testování jsou diskutovány další možná rozšíření systému. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je zefektivnění pracovní činností firmy RT-tech, kde dojde k přechodu z ruční evidence dat na informační systém.

In this work is to include a summary of the current state of evidence RT-tech company. Solutions include assessment of requirements to implement an information system that contains the specification of functional and non-functional requirements. Graphic display of the status quo is implemented using activity diagrams. Work solves the data analysis including conceptual data model and data dictionary. To identify all the processes of individual users is used a Use case diagram. Processes are thoroughly described in the list of processes, where it occurs minispecifikace. For more complex processes occur through the detailed description of the DFD and sequence diagrams. After the subsequent implementation and testing are discussed further possible extension of the system. The result of this work is to streamline the business activities of the RT-tech company, where there is a transition from manual recording of data on the information system.
