Abstract

The scope of this diploma thesis is to update internal instructions according to new version of VDA handbook. In the theoretical part, the term quality is introduced together with most important sector regulations. The chapters of VDA handbook for field failure analysis and audit standard are introduced and afterwards the differences with previous version are explained, Next, the analysis process, NTF process and FFA audit are examined. In the final part, the internal documents for Field failure analysis, NFT process and FFA audit are proposed.
